City Councillor
Adam Giambrone is a Toronto City Councillor representing Ward 18, Davenport. A lifelong resident of Davenport, Adam was first elected to public office in 2003, after years of community activism and local involvement. At 31, he is a politician, archaeologist, and the youngest member of Toronto City Council. read more >

Special Assistant: Works, Development and Constituency Matters
Chris joined the Giambrone team in 2005 after completing his studies in politics, sociology, and philosophy at the University of Toronto. He is a fluent French speaker. A lifelong downtown Toronto resident, Chris is very familiar with the city and the issues downtown residents face. He is particularly interested in environmental issues and finding creative solutions to the challenge posed by climate change and other environmental problems. He participates regularly in many community groups and community building activities in Ward 18 and elsewhere in the city.

Administrative Assistant
Melissa graduated from York university with an Honors Bachelor of Social Work. Previously she also worked as a caseworker in Jack Layton's Constituency office. She is passionate about, and committed to, social change and social justice.

Constituency Assistant
Amanda recently joined our team after completing an internship with our office. Amanda has degrees in Sociology and Social Work, as well as a Master of Theological Studies. Amanda is excited to be working with constituents in Ward 18.
Marjolein Winterink

Community Assistant
Marjolein is a long time resident of Davenport with her husband and 11 year old daughter. As a Community Organizer and Political Activist, Marjolein has always been front and centre fighting for social justice and other worthy causes. She has a great deal of experience organizing community events and you'll often see her at meetings and events around our community.
